All permits expire 1 year from the date of issuance. Permits must be displayed in a conspicuous location or be made available at the request of the Town of Calera official. Owner or Contractor is responsible for verifying any structures or fencing is on correct property free of easements or ROW and for calling OKIE 811 to locate underground utilities.
