Demolition permits are not granted until all utility companies have been contacted and any equipment is removed, capped or disconnected in a safe manner so as not to damage the utility or nearby properties. OKIE 811 must be called for a locate request to verify utilities on the property.

Certification

Once complete, this form is reviewed by the Building Official before a permit is issued. All Demolition Permits expire 1 year from the date of issuance.
